We are looking for international agents who can take part in the growth and development of our courses and school. A few of our agents are ex-students of ours and understand the outstanding teaching and learning that is conducted, together with our core values, programmes that allow diverse cultures of all ages to thrive and a sociable and safe place to live with native-speaking hosts near Manchester city centre. 

 

To enable us to achieve student satisfaction, we need to rely on mutual trust, reliability and transparency in all transactions between the school and agents. On our part, Exceed in English Ltd will ensure that students have all the information concerning their study programme, accommodation, hosts and any social activities and trips 2 weeks before their arrival in the UK. 

Any juniors attending summer camps will have a detailed itinerary despatched to their parents/guardians, along with signposts to necessary policies and additional parental consent forms. All of our staff and hosts are DBS checked and have conducted safeguarding courses. 

Hosts are regularly inspected and we ensure that they have the necessary documentation, safety certificates and procedures in place. 

 

All stakeholders are encouraged to feedback to us, especially the students and agents, which will help us to regularly review and improve our service.
